Team Leader Customer Service

About the position:
We are looking for a Team Leader for our multilingual Customer Service team. As a Team Leader you will be the first contact point for your team in all matters related to Freetrailer. You will coach, schedule, follow up, problem solve and handle some customer contact. You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer has a great experience.
You will work from the office and weekends on a 2 or 3 week rotation. Currently our office is located in Søborg but we will move to a cool office within walking distance to Østerport train and metro station in early 2025.
The position reports to Brian Sørensen our Customer Service Manager.
Your profile
• You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• You speak and write fluent Danish, as well as English - other Nordic languages or German are a plus.
• Previous experience as customer service team lead is a requirement.
• Good understanding of data, utility rates and KPIs.
• You are a hands on leader who gains and shares knowledge.
• You enjoy collaborating and are a team player.
• You are skilled at motivating and engaging your team.
Areas of responsibility
• You will develop your team through coaching and following up on set goals.
• Be involved in the recruitment process. Onboard new employees and form part of the new hire training.
• You will help set as well as maintain the schedule.
• You will be a key player helping to liaise with customers via email, chat and phone to ensure excellent service.
