Customer Success Manager (German & Danish speaking)

We offer the exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company with significant potential and high ambitions for further international expansion. In this position, you will build long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and managing both new and existing customers with a strong customer-oriented approach. You also need to be able to listen and to act proactively. We're looking for a CSM who can maintain close relationships with our suppliers to ensure that rental units are ordered, produced, and delivered on time. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners through regular communication, training and support throughout the contract lifecycle including up-sale.
- Proactively manage your own customer portfolio throughout the entire customer journey.
- Become an expert in our products and train our customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and the Tech teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Set-up digital kick-off webinars for new customers.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our processes.
- Maintain and ensure Freetrailer's high level of customer satisfaction.
- KPIs to measure and improve customer success metrics.
- Ensure close collaboration with suppliers.
Qualifications and personal skills:
- Fluent in German and Danish.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied environment.
- Knowledge of another Scandinavian language is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Well organised and able to multi-task.
- Self-motivated and proactive in nature. Get the tasks done!
What does the job consist of?
- Delivering first class customer service to Freetrailer’s customers and partners, using a customer-centric approach to ensure launch, adoption, and engagement.
- Create and close up-sale.
- Being an expert in Freetrailer's products and processes.
- Collaborate daily with colleagues and your manager to further develop internal competencies and processes within the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams.
- Plan, implement and follow up on customer meetings and training sessions.
- Follow the customer journey and onboarding activities to ensure our services are consistent.
- Support the business by providing essential information.

Salary: Attractive salary package.

Workplace: we are moving to Østerbro (Copenhagen) in January 2025, currently we are located in Søborg.
